The Task

To support the Bank’s Private Banking Division to create a new offering that used digital technology to create a best in market proposition .


Our Role

  • We reached out to 24 Private Banking Institutions in the US, UK, EU and MEA. We subsequently conducted in-depth interviews with 8 banks agreed with our client to map their offering and objectives.

  • We used this information to define the profile of the ideal Digital Private Bank bringing together the best of our client , their relationship managers to better address the real needs of the client. 

  • We provided our client with a framework containing a key next steps they could undertake to transform their Private Bank. Our report included strategies and potential external specialist providers that could support the upgrade of their offering and an extension into new services and capabilities that would complement and enhance their proposition.

Client is currently rebuilding their Private Banking.
